2. Be quick but be careful. I rather have somebody take their time to come up with the right decision. The best one is good decision make quickly

 

Chapter 2

Why make decision always at the last minute ?

The person who doesn’t need come into the boardroom again perhaps could make a dramatically effect, because he is the only man who dare to talk about the real actions in the game.

The dress is important for the business.

Don’t interrupt. Keep mouth close.

What’s stupid? What’s not stupid? A stupid, impulsive and life-throwing decision. It’s a great lesson for Bradford and for me.

Chapter3

Everything especially planning must be done with deadline. Then choose the best choice and just do it.

A penny saved is a penny saved: I focus very, very hard on budget. When people don’t act under budget, it’s only trouble. People go over budget, there will be big trouble.

I don’t know what the candidates have done. They just thought out an idea and employed an agency with a huge amount of money. Maybe the only task is how to spend not over the budget.

With some special news, they could make more influence than just a party.

Tears could be a kind of weapon.

Women discussed the question emotionally, not logically or like politician.

 

Chapter 4

The story under the stage backyard is more dramatic.

Be respected as a leader. So simple a principle.

A good leader is with better atmosphere and satisfaction.

Project manager is not just a position or a kind of honor.

Use all the things you have or you can use for win or survival.

Thinking about what you gain and what you loss makes people lose confidence and become weak.

Regionally business should suit for the environment.

To be beaten in spirit is terrible. Just look at Elizabeth, her face losing light.

 

Chapter 5

Put yourself into others’ shoes. The team leader is not the god or the winner who has beaten others before.

Price is right.

The team is like a relax team more than a administrative organization.

With different leader, you must take different style for survival. In the men team you can do things creative and aggressive, but in the women team just take you job is better.

I like Raj, for his frankness and ambition.

Nobody could see the truth without any emotion.

Maybe you can cover a hole with effort, but you will let another hole out at the same time.

Chapter 6

Everybody is in the corner. Nobody could know or see the whole situation.

Don’t be an ice queen.

Know the market.

You couldn’t choose the people coming into the boardroom together just by the performance and impression in the process or the personal relation. For your survival you should take the position of the competition into account.

I will not like Raj any long­. He is shallow.

Sometimes we need a surprise. Choosing three person maybe gives Trump a deep impression.

Project manager must control the most important point.

 

Chapter 7

Sell your ideas: If you think an idea is really good, just don’t stop, keep selling it. Because some greatest ideas were ideas that nobody wanted it.

Win, you are winner. Lose, you are sinner.

The way for communication is not just debate.

Know the time you should nothing, just accept the criticism.

 

Chapter 8

Don’t take your position, or power, or something too seriously.

Feel the product or the scene yourself for the advertisement.

Sell something full of confidence.

As a leader, you couldn’t change your idea or decision often. If wrong, then be wrong completely.

The theme for an advertisement is very important. Try to affect the audience by emphasize the theme.

To be a leader is more important than win the game.

I don’t think it is necessary to come back to boardroom again, either.

Look at the whole thing out of yourself. She could never be a good leader but maybe a good writer with her sensibility.

Chapter 9

You want everybody’s appreciation, then you will get nobody’s respect.

This is a tough, interesting task. I want to know how to resolve this problem.

Control you contractor: especially the ones without much education but the wisdom of living. Be smart and tough.

As a leader, speaking at the end is better than the first.

To prove yourself is the best motivity.

To be a good supervisor is a kind of technology.

Don’t talk about the problem, just resolve it.

Don’t be merciful to somebody who is disloyal for your team.

No mistakes, just results.

 

Chapter 10

Believe yourself: positive attitude comes from self-confidence. Self-confidence is the key for success. Without positive attitude, you will never be successful as a businessman or in your life.

It seems that Trump want Chris be fired.

You don’t know, then you could learn. But you can’t wait. You don’t have Sandy, you could invite a Sandy.

It’s nothing wrong with saying, ‘I don’t think this is the best dress for you’, but you have to have another suggestion.

The disadvantage for a team with a superman is relying on the superman too much.

Never lose your cool, unless you have a reason for doing so.

If the leader lose the power, there will be quarrels in the team.

Chapter 11

Never lose your cool, unless you have a reason for doing so, such as angry for making your subordinate work hard.

Respect your customer and earn your customer’s respect by thinking as your customer.

 

Chapter 12

Form your opinion: hear the others’ advice carefully and form your opinion. The leader that wants to be popular or wants to be loved by everybody must be unsuccessful.

The new bottle is cool.

Consider the character of product and the meaning of the trade mark.

从两个相反方向引导气氛,可以看出回答者是不是缺乏主见和真话,墙头草没有好结果。Jannifer真是顺杆爬和斟酌词句的高手。

Ohmy god. It’s disaster to quarrel between two women.

“Woman is tougher than man.” I agree that.

 

Chapter 13

Know your enemy. Never underestimate your opponent. Assume your opponent is the toughest and smartest person in the world.

The most important thing is defeating the enemy.

You could be immoral, but you couldn’t speak out.

I appreciate Ivana for her personality because she is eager to win. But she didn’t have a creative measure for motivating her teammate.

Don’t try to beat other people, just try to let him know why you are the right one.

Maybe Ivana should sell the product herself and let two men follow the other team for sale with lower price.

Chapter 14

Know how to take orders.

The question and assessment by four managers is great and helpful.

Don’t be too aggressive.

Let them quarrel or fight, then look at them.

Oh, my god. If Jennifer was the final winner, I would be crazy.

Winning is everything: to be a winner, you have to think like a winner. You have to be positive and you could never stop.

If they had made some friends before, they would not be alone in the final competition.

 

Chapter 15

Not just command and criticize but motivate, especially in a relax group.

 

Overall, I appreciate Kelly, Ivana and Sandy. But, the apprentice is not the friend.

I don’t want to be the apprentice. I want to be the one who chooses the apprentice.
